The Shapeshifter Part 3: WHAT BECOMES OF MIKKY?

Mikky's dream...  

There's no stars nor planets in sight. There doesn't even appear to be an endless night, just suffocating black.

Images begin to appear in many outlines and colors. The whole picture completes with time, just like when one limns.

But through the eyes, the idea of x ray vision becomes materialized. Through a dark wooded ceiling, there's a man carving ever more images into the silver wall before him.

By the shape of this man and the way he moves, he looks like a puppet on someone's hands.

But where's, the real mind, of this puppet?

Watching him invokes this curiosity.

He carves a form, like himself, into the wall and then he carves in another entity, one with a bigger head and eyes than his, longer arms and legs and a smaller body. It's one trippy entity.  

After an instant of time...

A living person comes into the picture, pass the beholder. She has two big dark green eyes. Each iris with a nebula's form. She has a big head, long arms and legs and a small body. She's black as charcoal with stripy shades of grey. And she's carrying a lifeless body in her two arms.  A body similar to her own.

She approaches the man with the body, laying it upon the dirty ground. Then the body opens at the eyes and mouth, and then it sucks in the mans electrical blue circuits from his brain and his shiny red blood from out his body.  

The body sucks in his life-force, combined with his synapse info and DNA.
 
The man plummets to the ground! And his soul becomes darkened by death, without even a scream. Meanwhile the other body rockets to the height of the trees. Then HE (now in the other body) turns HIS dark greens eyes to the other extraterrestrial, in a raw passionate look, as if he had just awoken from a slumber. Now he, in his greater amalgam, takes the walls upon which he carved his life story and then he rips it apart from its ceiling and ground.

Leaving his human body behind, they then depart from the scene by flight... He then bury's the walls in a desert far from that land, then together they fly off the earth... Straight into the eyes of the beholder.

Mikky begins to cry and toss and turn after the dream ends. Then Mikky's eyes open to a new world for the first time. A world different from the dream. One full of beautiful mountains and midnight sunsets.

Mikky is sexless, like all the rest of the extraterrestrial babies, though IT feels masculine because of having more of Ptah's DNA then of ITs alien mother. Because Ptah was originally a male human, which have more DNA than these E.T.'s do,  Mikky's genes has taken after Ptah. But of course, Mikky is sexless.
     
Ptah and his wife picks Mikky up and wrapped IT in their arms, then looks into ITs eyes. Then IT  stops crying. Ptah is smiling inside, for he knows that Mikky is the first cousin of mankind. (Mankind's first cousin)  

Mikky has already grown to three and a half feet tall. Mikky has henna on greenish eyes and is black, as coal, and is covered with spots of grey, like a dalmatian. They see distinct human characteristics on Mikky's face, there's two ear openings, two nostrils and a mouth, which no other E.T. has, no, not even Ptah.

Others start to gather around, young and old, males and females and sexless individuals, each of them gather around Ptah and Starla (Ptah's wife and Mikky's mother) to observe their newborn.

There's only about five hundred dwelling in their mountain region. But there's myriads about the planet. 80% of the population here are of adults. The number of childlike ones are small, but they make the whole mountainous region abuzz like bees. Interesting fact, these E.T.'s vocals are similar to a bats sonar, extremely high pitched. Beyond the ears of mere humans. And yet, it's full of so much meaning in which to delve and limn.  
Mikky has already made lots of companions and friends, but only one - kindred spirit who's name is, Angel. It's hard for Ptah to interpenetrate what it's like between them, for they are both sexless. But Ptah's wife (Starla) assures him that all's normal.

Angel's eyes are ice blue with shiny white outlines, (creating a nebula form) and ITs skin is a soft (powder) black with many splashes of glossy grey. Angel too has a big head, and long arms and legs and a short body. Mikky and Angel have been kindred spirits since their first encounter, but recently Mikky has been experiencing inner feelings, turmoils, human hormones in the inner parts of ITs  sexless soul case.  

Despite Starla's words about all being normal between Mikky and Angel Ptah senses  something outrageous in IT.

Ever since Ptah came to this planet its natives have wondered where he came from. How Ptah's wife found a trippy husband was simply uncanny. Since then they have heard many of stories about his birth planet, Earth. But recently they've seen their second living proof of its existence - which is Mikky. After seeing Mikky's human characteristics, ITs mouth, ears and nostrils, their pulsating brains seem to now be thrumming with curiosity!

But this time Ptah sees Mikky, not with a curiosity, but more of a furnished interest in his past... Starla could only wonder how he'd deal with it, if she only knew.  
Mikky approaches Ptah when alone;

 'You're an extraterrestrial,' Mikky states with a smirk.

Ptah starts to wonder why Mikky would thinks so, for Ptah never told IT. Mikky then explains his dream. Then Ptah realizes that Mikky has seen his past by dreaming up his memories.  After speaking of this to Starla, Ptah learns that R.E.M is unique to only him and Mikky. Ptah closes his eyes and peers into his mind, thinking about Mikky's human characteristics, nostrils, ears, a mouth, dreams, hormones... 'hormones,' he utters. He feels like his heart has plopped into his acidic stomach. He feels light headed and dizzy. For the first time in his life Ptah feels like a ... father.

The next morning Ptah speaks to Mikky and in turn the rest of them that are before them. With Starla by his side and Angel in the crowd, Ptah says,

 'Behold this ship custom made by man. We have re-engineered and have advanced it to fly in this sea of atoms... Mikky, earth is a jewel, full of facts, knowledge and truth. There you will learn more about you... We will flit there in this ship in the company of your family. You and y'all will learn what life feels like for us humans."

The crowds chant as they throw their hands to the cosmos. They boarded posthaste after the sound of the ships second hum.
...
Passing the sun, they briefly docked and observed Mercury and Venus. Hundreds of hearts on the ship was pounding as they saw the Earth in its orbit. Despite all the hormone problems in Mikky, Angel remained close to IT, learning even more about ITs human characteristics. Some three Earth days later they docked on Earth, landing in the Atlantic Ocean and floating like a vessel. Beneath the flying helicopters and air planes, none of which larger than the ship, the extraterrestrials flew off, over the waters and to the land. Then they separated at the land. Starla and Angel went with the others on an exploration of the earth and Ptah and Mikky made their way to Egypt.

Arriving at Cairo, Egypt, Ptah and Mikky started to appear as humans. Light brown skinned males, Egyptians, with dark eyes and black hair. Even ere to taking on ITs human appearance Mikky felt his ears and nostrils turn on, working in ways like never before. As they walked about Cairo, Mikky was taking in a hundred trillion bits of knowledge each second. Ptah was talking to Mikky about human genders, their characteristics and growth. Ptah really wanted IT to understand the human sexual prime and what it meant to be a man and what it meant to be a woman, for this would help IT control ITs hormones and prepare IT to choose a gender, just like Mikky's mother, Starla, did long ago.

Like wise, Starla and Angel journeyed into France. Taking on the appearance of two gorgeous French women. Ever since Angel's parents died, everyone on their planet took IT in. Angel was brought up like a stray cat among their people, but one that everyone loved...  to death. Starla always stayed behind Angel like a wing, teaching IT the ropes and helping IT to be a person. There was no wonder why Angel and Mikky turned out to be close. Now Starla has the privilege of teaching Angel what it'd be like if IT was human. What better teacher could Angel have?

After visiting where Ptah was born, him and Mikky sauntered around the artifacts among the tourist. At first sight Ptah recognized one handiwork, a relic among the others, an apartment, a long untold of memory came back into his mind. As they walked in through its doors Ptah saw his carvings on its walls. Shocked to his core, he put his hand upon the walls as the tourist slithered around both of them. Even Mikky knew now, due to his dream, that they took Ptah's walls out the desert and rebuilt its apartment... When they made their way to the back room Mikky and Ptah descried his mummified human body.
Meanwhile, Starla took Angel before the castle waterfall in Europe where IT observed a man that reminded IT of Mikky. At this Angel began to put two and two together... comparing Mikky to men.  

At this point, Ptah's heart opened, seeing how his life went down in history. He saw that the story of his life was the only one in Egypt both with a cliff hanger and a red herring.

But then, as an extraordinary lady passed Mikky, IT gets a whiff of her intoxicating perfume that inhales  down to Mikky's stomach, firing up ITs senses. Mikky sees that the girl is dark skin with blue eyes, wearing black pants and a large grey shirt. Seeing the amalgam of colors, she reminds Mikky of Angel. Then IT too begins to put two and two together.    

All the extraterrestrials started to make their way back to the beach at the sound of the ships first hum. They were flying back from all over and around the earth. Angel was still sexless in Starla's company and so was Mikky, but what they both wanted and thought they should be was heavy on their minds. When Mikky and Angel arrived on the beach with Starla and Ptah, they flew to each other, they were attracted like magnets under the sun. They stood in the sand inches from the cold yet refreshing waves, in their french and Egyptian appearances, in the sight of all the humans that gazed.

After minutes of conversing in high-telepathy Angel started to change ITs french appearance into a dark skin girl with blue eyes, wearing black pants and a grey shirt. At once Mikky looked at her and put two and two together. This was proof, Angel loved Mikky and wanted to be with IT.

Ptah and Starla stood by watching, their eyes gleamed and their hearts melted as they saw and realized... Mikky was a male and Angel a female. Meanwhile, after the ships second hum the rest of them started to make their way back to the ship, posthaste. Ptah and Starla flew behind their son Mikky and their, eventual, future daughter in law, Angel. They boarded the ship. Moments later the ship rose into the sky, pass the sun into the sky beyond, making their way to Mars, then Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune - the 8th planet, then back to
