MGM Gate - 1 (Part 6)

"Mission accomplish!" Mikky shouted as they covered the lioness and placed her in the back of Tazz's truck. Time was still of the essence. Tazz didn't want the corpse in the back of his truck any more then it had to be, and it was going to take at least two hours to get back to San Diego.

Lincoln looked into the back seat of their truck and saw that stray cat. Turning to Patricia he said, "I thought you freed that cat!"

"I was going to," she admitted, "But then I thought of taking her home with me."
No one had anything to say.
"Your eyes are like a beacon for cats! Don't we have enough?!" Lincoln retorted.

Patricia just stared at him, crossing her arms. Lincoln and Patricia fought like brother and sister. Their home was already full of cats and dogs that they picked up from the streets. Honestly, they didn't need another one.

"Let's go," Tazz said loud as he climbed in behind the wheel. Travis started to climb into the passenger seat while Patricia slid into the back. Lincoln stopped, spun his face around, glanced at Hanz with a smile and then yelled, "It was good to see you brother," he said it as if he knew him.

It really helped the four keepers to realize that neither of them really knew who the other was. Though they worked at the same place, they all had different homes and back rounds. Lincoln slid in beside Patricia with the stray cat, and then they drove off.

Mikky followed them shortly after he finished speaking with Lucas.

After the black lion finished the zebra he got up looking for a place to rest. Then he saw that the lioness was gone. He anchored his nose, sniffing the grass, as he looked around, he got a whiff of human scent. And then he walked over to a wide pasture then he laid down basking underneath the sun.
